This exquisite statue is a rare vintage piece that will impress any high-end collector or interior designer. The Chinese Tang Dynasty Glazed Ceramic Sancai Horse and Rider, crafted in the early 20th century, features a large horse with a young rider on a rectangular plinth. The Sancai technique, which dates back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD), is a colorful glazed ceramic style that remains one of the most admired art forms to this day. The horse's front leg is raised, and the rider is wearing a rich blue coat and black cap, while the rider's face and base remain unglazed. The piece is in excellent vintage condition, and its actual age is unknown, making it a treasure waiting to be discovered!
